Flashlight Mechanic:

To defeat the wraiths that inhabitate the mansion the player has to aim at them with the flashlight. This combined with the room's layout creates a challenging experience in which strategic thinking is needed.

The Map:

Divided in two floors, the haunted old mansion presents a linear level made of 6 different rooms.
Each zone is blocked by an objective the player has to fulfill to advance further. The objectives include obtaining items, interact with items or defeat enemies.

To defeat the wraiths that inhabitate the mansion the player has to aim at them with the flashlight. This combined with the room's layout creates a challenging experience in which strategic thinking is needed.

The objective of this level is to create a linear experience of mistery and tension for the player, some of the key points are:
- Linear level design
- Level events
- Use of AI

Level Events:

The level includes event triggered by the player actions, this adds to the linearity of the level creating surprising and tense moments. The events include enemy activation, zone changes, etc.
